CREATING YOUR OWN POSTER

Conference Poster Guidelines

IF YOU ARE CREATING YOUR OWN POSTER FOR TRB OR ANOTHER CONFERENCE USE THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW:

    1. Poster size: 36 inches (height) X 84 – 96 inches (width)

    2. Poster Margins need to be set to 0.5 inches on all sides

    3a. Must include the most current KTC logo. All logos can be accessed on the Templates and Logos page. KTC logo must be a minimum size of 2 X 2 inches.

    3b. If the project was funded by KYTC, then a Team Kentucky Transportation Cabinet logo should be included. That can be accessed on the Templates and Logos page.

    4. If you need marketing to print your poster, all requests must be submitted by email to both Michael Mabe and Robin Baskette:

    5. Printed Posters must be sent as either a JPEG or PDF file. Other files types will not be accepted

    6. Requests to print TRB posters should be emailed during the first week of December to allow for the winter break.
