Paul Ross works in Research and IT, where he supports the technology for KTC and partners on a number of the Center’s transportation research projects.
He has experience in video and multimedia applications that are used in marketing and communications. He was the 2016 Keynote Speaker for the Kentucky Association of Government Communicators on the topic of video production and has won multiple KAGC awards.
Paul holds a Master’s Degree in Information Communication Technology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology both from the University of Kentucky.
