Samantha Klinger
Graphic Designer
Samantha Klinger is a graphic designer for the Kentucky Transportation Center. Her skills include website development, graphic design, brochure layout, and photography. At KTC, she developed new organizational charts and created fresh designs of posters that showcase the Center’s past directors. Samantha’s most recent work also includes the 2021 Annual Report. Samantha holds a BS in Digital Media and Design from the University of Kentucky.
