Ken Sperry, MBA, P.E., is currently a research engineer with the University of Kentucky, Kentucky Transportation Center (KTC).  Prior to joining KTC, Mr. Sperry spent over 35 years performing professional services for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) as an employee and a consultant. After retiring from KYTC in 2006, he led the HMB Professional Engineers Transportation Division for over 12 years, overseeing major projects such as the Louisville Southern Indiana Ohio River Bridges (LSIORB) Downtown Crossing Design-Build procurement and oversight, Mountain Parkway Expansion, and the I-69 Ohio River Crossing. Mr. Sperry has served as a Board Member for the Kentucky Board for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors.
