Paul works as a Principal Research Scientist collaborating with several research areas with a primary focus on Traffic and Safety Research. He’s been recognized by the Association of Transportation Safety Information Professionals in 2022 and 2024 for Data Visualization and Best Practices at the Traffic Records Forum.
Paul holds a Master’s Degree in Information Communication Technology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, both from the University of Kentucky.
