Samantha Klinger
Research Scientist Assistant
Samantha Klinger is in the Strategic Implementation Initiatives department for the Kentucky Transportation Center. Her skills include website development, graphic design, brochure layout, and photography. At KTC, she developed new organizational charts and developed three websites that support projects completed in collaboration with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet. Samantha’s most recent work also includes the 2024 Annual Report. She holds a BS in Digital Media and Design from the University of Kentucky. She is currently working toward her Master’s degree in Arts Administration, which she will complete in spring 2026.
