Strategic Implementation Initiatives
Strategic Implementation Initiatives (SII) team members collaborate with researchers and technology transfer professionals across KTC to transform research findings and complex information into the usable knowledge transportation practitioners can readily integrate into everyday workflows. Our team’s deep understanding of human factors and user experience (UX) informs SII’s approach to crafting bespoke solutions for delivering mission-critical knowledge. We also work with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet and other external partners on strategic planning, resource development, and project engagement.
