Brittany Cloyd brings a diverse approach to the role of Information Resources Manager within the Technology Transfer Program at KTC. In her multi-faceted position as marketing manager and instructional designer, Brittany strives to integrate new technologies, federal initiatives, and innovative practices into T2’s marketing, publications, and course development, revolutionizing outdated delivery methods with cutting-edge NHI practices and skills honed in Xavier’s Train the Trainer program. In 2022, Brittany spearheaded T2’s adoption of the nationally-recognized Road Safety Champion Program, modifying the implementation to serve the Kentucky transportation workforce. Brittany also worked closely with subject matter experts to launch the Construction Project Management Academy in Fall 2022.  She oversees all T2 publications, including the quarterly print newsletter and monthly e-newsletter. Additionally, Brittany is a trained facilitator in Technology of Participation methodologies, employing various facilitation techniques to support local government agencies with partnering efforts and organizational development.
