Keith Caudill, PE
Research Engineer
Keith Caudill is a research engineer at the Kentucky Transportation Center (KTC). His area of expertise includes 33 years of experience in highway design and project management.
Mr. Caudill worked approximately 3 years in the private sector putting together residential and industrial land development plans. He spent his past 30 years with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) prior to retiring in 2020. His work included developing highway plans for a letting and project management of in-house and consultant assigned projects. Most of this work was in the District 7 Office in Lexington. He also spent several years in Central Office Division of Highway Design working in the Developmental Branch and serving as a location engineer. While in CO, he was part of a team that worked on the 2017 KYTC Highway Design Manual update. He also attended several AASHTO Subcommittee on Design meetings as one of Kentucky’s representatives.
