Paul works as a Principal Research Scientist collaborating with several research areas with a primary focus on Traffic and Safety Research. He also spearheads KTC’s IT efforts supporting technology for KTC and our partners. He’s been recognized by the Association of Transportation Safety Information Professionals in 2022 and 2024 for Data Visualization and Best Practices at the Traffic Records Forum.
Paul is a member of KTC’s marketing team with over two decades of experience in photography, videography, and other multimedia applications. In marketing and media he has been recognized by the Kentucky Association of Government Communicators with an Award of Excellence and an Award of Merit in Web-Based Media in 2016, and an Award of Merit for Photography in 2019.
Paul holds a Master’s Degree in Information Communication Technology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, both from the University of Kentucky.
